so beautiful and absolutely amazing......

I just love looking at all these waterfall pics....I wish I could visit every one =o) They're so spectacular!
Psalm 78:15-16
He clave the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great depths.
He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.
Psalm 105:41
He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.
Psalm 114:7-8
Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob;
Which turned the rock into a standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters.
I know those verses are talking about when God made water come from the rock when the children and Israel were in the wilderness but I can't help wondering if it looked like a waterfall when it came out. It seems like we always think it was just some water squirting out of a rock, but in Sunday school Bro. Gerth made the point that there where over two million people out there in the wilderness and that was just the men. So It had to of been more than just a little water trickling out of a rock. Psalm 105 verse 41 did say that the waters gushed out and ran in the dry places like a river. So I wonder if it looked like a waterfall. Just someth'in interesting to think about....anyways I thought you people would enjoy the pictures because they really are absolutely beautiful.....I love waterfalls.......

A memory making time......

So I have here some random pics from our little trip all over the state =o) We didn't take many but some of these are good....

We had just gotten to Chitina here and the weather was awesome after weeks of rain ;o)

Everyone around the campfire.......we were around a campfire for a lot of the trip so we came home smelling pretty smokey...At least all of my stuff did....But I don't think campfire smell is necessarily a bad smell ;o)

This is Jordan with his amazing stick....they came up with a name for it but I can't remember...somth'in like the ultimate marshmallow roaster 3000 or something like that...but anyways it was pretty cool..... =o)

Walking along the trail.......I broke my hiking boots in real good on the trip...I love them and they are SO nice to have for stuff like this especially since I got them for free thanks to a brother who works at prospectors =o)

Jo is looking uncommonly sweet in this picture....how odd...don't be fooled people...don't be fooled ..heehee ;o)

Jo, Tobi, and I were having some sibling bonding time in the tent =o)

This is one of the many scary parts of the trail....Jo and I thought we were gonna die at some places along the trail but we made it and it was some exciting adventure time and it also had some very pretty spots even though it was scary =o)

Rachel found bear tracks.....cool huh? But probably not as cool and actually seeing a bear and two cubs that night....Wow was that ever neat!

This was the adorable little bunny I almost stepped on walking down the trail....cute huh?

This is a video from Chitina of my little friend Oscar.....Oscar and I became fast friends after I gave him a little treat...He then started to follow us all around hoping for food and ended up bringing a friend and then they started being naughty and getting into things they shouldn't of like the tent...But if you want to hear all about that you'll have to talk to Jo and she'll be more than willing to tell you the whole story....Let's just say they got little to comfy with being around us....One even tried to come home with us by trying to hide in the car...it was funny ;o)

I guess it was silly scary pic time or somth'in so these were tak'in in the car on a dark night in Ninilchik =o) I had a lot of fun in Ninilchik and Homer and Anchor point where my future bro-in-law lives. My future bro-in-laws house is looking very nice. Even though he is a little strange(Isn't everyone in this family?Actually we're not strange everyone else is (o=) and won't build me a guest bedroom with a jacuzzi in it(I can't understand why he wouldn't wanna (o;) I'm starting to think he's gonna be a very likable addition to the family. Just don't tell Jo I said so ok? =o)

Food!!! Food and coffee was a major part of this trip =o) So on the way back through Anchorage we stopped to eat......

We all got yummy drinks.......I got a freckled lemonade and it was VERY good.......

Soooo It was mostly a fun memory mak'in time and it was nice to be able to got out and enjoy what we have left of summer....

hmm..this could be one scary post....

The Black terrorist is curled up by me on the couch....no one really likes her right now cause she's being bad..but It's hard not to like her when she's cuddling with you =o) But when she poos on a pile of your clothes it's a whole nother story...just ask Tobi...=o)

Anyways....Denali park was fun on saturday...I mostly just slept on Jordys shoulder cause we didn't see very many animals but being with everyone was still fun. The next time we go Aaron is going to buy me this cute $42.99 woolly mammoth puppet I saw there ;o)......
I recently discovered I've been putting toilet seat covers on wrong my whole life pretty much. It all happened when I noticed directions on the toilet seat cover box. It was like a step by step guide on how to put it on the toilet seat. It cracked me up at first and I was thinking how dumb it was that someone would think we need instructions like that, but once I actually looked at it I noticed that I have been putting them on backwards this whole time. So it turns out I was the dumb one....anyways I don't know why I choose to share that with you...I guess it just cracked me up so I had to tell someone that people out there really do need those instructions...dumb people at least=o)...well I did worn you this could be a scary post....I guess that's what happens when your life isn't very exciting and that's the funniest thing that can happen to you =o)
I been wearing my cool lime green mountain hardwear shell everyday because it's been cloudy...so I wear it in case it just happens to start pouring....or even sprinkling works for me...=o)

Mom is pushing me to get my school for the year figured out so I guess I need to go pick some books out....If you can think of a really good classic I should read let me know...preferably in the next few hours so I can get it all figured out by tonight....Just kidding...you could let me know tomorrow =o)

One of thee most amazing sounds in God's creation!

Jeremiah 51:16

When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens; and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth: he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

oh I just love the sound of rain! Tonight I went outside and the sky was getting all gray and stormy and then it started to flash lightening and thunder. So Jock and I stood in the door and watched cause we were afraid we might die if we ventured off the porch ;o) But finally I asked Jock to race me across the yard and we didn't get struck after all....And then it started to POUR!! wowza did it pour!....It was absolutely amazing!...Of course it only really pours for a few minutes but it's awesome when it does.....I know the rest of you probably aren't as excited about rain as I am but since we only get for a few months I HAVE to enjoy it while I can. I stayed out in it for a little while cause I wanted to get soaked but It didn't really start to pour until I came in so I took a video real quick. It's actually really relaxing so you should sit back and close your eyes and just listen =o) If you want to that is. Or you can just sit back and think I'm a little odd for being so excited about something like this. Either one is okay with me I guess ;o)

I started working at Jo's work a few weeks ago. I'm a trimmer =o) SUper easy work so it's a good first time job. So I pretty much just sit around and listen to Way of the Master podcasts all day. Even though the work is easy I still find myself counting the hours until lunch time and then counting the hours until it's time to go home. =o) On Saturday I went to the lake with my buddy and came home with a sunburn well actually I only got half a sunburn on my right side. So I was feeling pretty sorry for my self but then I saw Jo and all my pain melted away. Her sunburn was like 10 TIMES worse than mine! It gives me pain at work just to look at her poor red self every day! I'm hoping one of these days we'll get a clue and realize us fair ones cannot go out in the sun for extended periods of time without our friend sunscreen =o) And then on Sunday afternoon some of us when back to the lake a paddled around in the canoe for a while and then we got dumped out of the canoe after a certain somebody faithfully promised not to let us get dunked! So yeah I'll be holding that grudge for a while ;o) I ordered these really neat swim bottoms called a skort and I can't wait for them to get here...I hoping they'll work out like I want them to. You see It's not like I don't like getting in the water...I just like doing it one MY own terms ya know? =o)

oh wow is it really already after 11? I guess I better go...The rain inspired me so I just had to post.....happy listening =o)
