My music books finally came! I wasn't to impressed with the Christmas ones, but the other ones were pretty good. Now I want to order some more! But I guess I should wait a while on that =o) For the recital I'm gonna play a duet with Kluane and "who is this boy" and maybe "In the Bleak Midwinter" have you people ever heard of those two songs? They are both REALLY pretty. Oh! New poll! Let me know what you vote on. (please?) One of my favorite things besides all the obvious things about Thanksgiving is getting together with Heidi to make all kinds of interesting new recipes! And I just found out that she got the day before Thanksgiving off so we will be able to do that this year and don't have to break tradition! I'm glad. Right now I'm mostly excited for my mom to make pumpkin pie =o) I can't wait!!!
Speaking of Thanksgiving............
1 Chronicles 16:34
O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.
1 Thessalonians 5:18
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
If you have a minute read Psalm 136 it's ALL about giving thanks~

I voted for memories cause that includes all of the options! :O) I've got tons of good memories with your fam from Thanksgiving...some have to do with food, some have to do with just hanging out, remember when your dad and my dad and mr gerth and gary all watched mary poppins that year? They were the only ones watching, all gathered around the tv....it was hilarious!!! And i have lots of good memories with the day after shopping too. In fact, I think the last time I went it was just you me jordy and our moms. I might be forgetting someone (maybe jo??) but i think it was just us. :O)
Love ya
Oh...on the food one...remember when I finally ate my whole plate of food that year? That last piece of bread almost killed me. .... I dont think i'll have that problem anymore im pretty much a porker. :O)
You make me laugh bek! Yes, It was just us that day. And we were all grumpy cause we got up really early and you were all awake and happy for some reason maybe cause you were getting married the next month our somthin? ;o) My dad really watched mary poppins? wow! That must of been when I was still sitting on your lap since I don't remember. At least you don't have to get up in the frezzing cold to go shopping down there =o)
Bek, do you remember the time the dads played court with you all at our house? Do you remember what it was all about? I can't remember the details only that it was strange...fun...but strange. Who's idea was that anyways?
I don't think that was on Thanksgiving, though.
I voted the fun with friends and family...I am sure I am going to cry like I do every year just thinking about it. Love you,
YES i remember!! That was one of the most fun things we ever did!!! I actually do remember a lot of the details...weird how stuff like that sticks with you!!! The case was that my mom tried to kill Pastor..hahahah...funny!!! But the BEST part was when Jordy who was a chicken farmer got put on the stand...I dont remember why but he said his chickens got the chicken pox!!! OH MY WORD...so hilarious!!!!
ps....i have no one to go to the after thanksgiving sales down here... :O(
You need to fly up here and go with us...and bring Susannah, of course.
YES!YES! Fly up here and bring Susannah PLEASE!! ;o)
I feel so loved. At least I have to be accepted for my child if nothing else!!
Trust me, I would if I could. Third wheel and all...doesn't matter. :O)
Hey Bek
Speaking of Thanksgiving memories... remember that one years ago, when you got stuck with the cup that had William Bell's name on it? I can still remember the look on your face when you finally realized...still makes me laugh.
Caleb
Bek, do I need to get my violin out?
Yes, get it out and play me a little sob-song. :O)
EWWWWW...the CUP!!!!
I had finally successfully banished it from my memory...and now it's back. Ugh.
