These are my onion goggles that Tori and Lanae got me for Christmas after listening to all my whining about how chopping onions makes me cry ;o) They work really well! I'm making something for dinner today with onions in them and I got them all chopped up without shedding a tear. I think they're pretty cute too, and that helps me not to feel like such a dork when my fam is watching me chopping onions with goggles on =o)I'll definitely be using these every time I chop onions! So thanks a bunch girls! They're awesome ;o)

Krista!! That's sooooo funny=o) Chord puts on his swimming goggles when he cuts/chops onions=o) I thought he was crazy but I guess not.

I'm glad they actually work too. =o) I had never heard of them until Lanae` found them, I wonder if the 'inventor' got the idea from Chord and his swimming goggles? :~)
I think the problem with swimming goggles would be the ring around your eyes when you got done! 8-))

What receipe's are you brining for Friday? I have everything except a bread receipe. I have always made the receipe's that my Mom uses for bread, and she's bringing those...so I don't know what I'm going to do. If worse comes to worse, I could always buy a loaf of french bread and cut out the ingredients list and for the directions say "just guess how much of each ingredient to try your hand at making commercial bread!" That or... "Drive to your local safeway..." LOL! I don't think that would work!
I wonder if it means we're in a rut if all we make are two different types of bread??
Thats ok, I guess I have another day to figure something out.

I usually make dinner every Friday so I'm just bringing all the recipes I like that I usally make on that day. I have 4 or 5 that I really like. I didn't know we had to bring a bread recipe. I'm not so I hope I don't get in trouble =o) Well French bread is good but I don't think that would work ;o)
I hope everyone brings lots of desert =o) What a yummy ladies meeting we're gonna have huh?

I'm going to bring Halibut Lasagna. Its alot of fun to make with a white sause and super good too. Well I guess you can be the judge of that tomorrow! :)
